Scott Young is a seasoned professional in the pavement stabilisation and recycling industry, holding multiple leadership roles since 1998. Currently, Scott serves as Technical Manager and Corporate Manager for Business Improvement at Stabilised Pavements of Australia, where Scott has been employed since January 2016. In addition, Scott has been the Managing Director and Business Development Manager at Stabilised Pavements (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd since January 2013. Prior experience includes significant positions at Downer and Transfield Services. Scott has also been actively involved in industry associations, serving in various leadership capacities at Auststab Ltd and other organisations. Scott holds a Master of Pavement Technology from the Centre for Pavement Engineering Education and a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Newcastle.
