Chantel Roberts

Chantel Roberts has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Chantel began their career in the US Army as a Chemical Specialist, where they managed, trained, and supervised up to 20 CBRN soldiers while also maintaining and tracking over $1million of Armory and Chemical, radioactive equipment. In 2014, they became a Deli Manager at Publix Super Markets. In 2018, they joined the Air Force as a Materials Manager, where they led a team of 10+ airmen in issuing, supplying, and inventorying, equipment worth over $1.3M while deployed in the global response to Ukraine and Russia crisis. That same year, they also began working at Emory Healthcare as a Patient Access, where they communicated with high patient volumes daily and led daily huddles and prepared presentations for quarterly staff meetings. In 2021, they joined Resurgens Surgery Center, LLC as a Business Office Specialist, where they leveraged their leadership, communication, and management abilities to coordinate daily operations within the business office. Finally, in 2022, they began working at Stability Healthcare as a Healthcare Recruiter, where they guide the full life cycle recruitment role and is responsible for all steps associated with the recruitment process.

Chantel Roberts is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Capella University, which they started in 2021. Chantel previously attended Albany State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in Business Administration and Management, General and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management between 2014 and 2016. In addition, Chantel Roberts has obtained certifications from Cisco (CCNA) and CompTIA (CompTIA Security+ ce Certification) in 2022.
