Erica Gorman

Erica Gorman has worked in a variety of roles in the information technology and healthcare industries. Erica began their career in 2008 as a Help Desk Specialist at US Cellular. In 2011, they moved to Aurora Health Care as an Epic Credentialed Trainer. From 2012 to 2021, Gorman worked at Froedtert Hospital, first as an Epic Charge Capture Analyst and Charge Master Specialist and later as an Epic Service Analyst. In 2021, they began working at Banner Health as an Information Technology Business Analyst and at Stability Healthcare as a Healthcare Recruiter.

Erica Gorman obtained their High School Diploma from Pius XI High School in 2002. Erica then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Information Science/Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they completed in 2008. In December 2022, they obtained a Certified Personal Trainer (NCCPT-CPT) certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). In November 2022, they also obtained a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera. Erica is also certified in Cerner Millennium from Banner Health.
