Namrata Rawal has three years of work experience in the software and business industry. Namrata began their career in 2018 at Jeep Nepal as a Business Analyst (CRM) and Customer Service Ambassador. In 2021, they moved to Firefly IT Solutions as a Software QA. Currently, they are working at Stability Healthcare as a Software QA since 2022.

Namrata Rawal completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from KCMIT in 2016. Namrata then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Shanker Dev Campus.
