Neil has over 32 years of experience as a consultant and consulting practice leader within the Financial Services industry. He was a founder and Finance director of Troika (UK) Ltd, arranging the sale of that business to Navigant in 2007. He co-founded Pen Partnership Ltd in 2012. Neil specializes in the planning and implementation of large-scale change programmes and business turn around.
