Role Description

As an Investment Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the sourcing and execution of direct secondary transactions in the most valuable privately held tech unicorns such as SpaceX, OpenAI, Stripe, Databricks, Revolut, and many more. You will focus on coordinating internal and external stakeholders, developing marketing materials, conducting market research, and providing analytical support, contributing to the enhancement of our investment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the sourcing and coordination of deal execution, overseeing the investment process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient processes for deal execution and documentation
• Update and enhance marketing materials to reflect the latest investment opportunities and market trends
• Conduct market research to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes
• Actively participate in meetings and presentations, serving as a liaison between various teams during the deal lifecycle
