Shawn Welch

Shawn Welch is a skilled quality management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at Staccato since June 2022, Shawn previously held the position of Sr. Corporate Quality Assurance Manager at KBR, Inc., where responsibilities included providing quality leadership for over 50 projects globally and developing ISO9001 quality management systems. Prior experience includes significant roles at Honeywell Aerospace and AlliedSignal Aerospace, where Shawn led quality initiatives, conducted successful audits, and engineered solutions that resulted in substantial efficiency improvements. Shawn holds a BS in Business Management from Liberty International University and is a graduate of the Geological Institute of America.
