David Lawrie is a seasoned professional in quantity surveying with extensive experience in the field. Since October 1985, David has served as a Partner at Stace LLP. Prior to this, David worked as a Quantity Surveyor for Tyne & Wear County Council, focusing on land reclamation projects, including the decontamination of the River Tyne banks and land preparation for the Nissan car factory in Sunderland. David began their career at Thomas and Adamson, where professional education was completed, qualifying as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. The initial experience as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor was gained at James Gentles & Son following studies at Heriot-Watt University, where a BSc in Building Economics & Cost Management was earned.
