With over three decades of experience, James has navigated various economic challenges, including recessions and the uncertainties of Brexit, while working on a diverse range of projects that vary in size, scale, value, and complexity. James earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University and became a member of the RICS after completing the degree.
