Julian Cox is an experienced Project Director at Stace since July 2016, currently managing significant projects for Tesco Stores and the Meridian Water Regeneration Scheme with Enfield Council. Previously, Julian served as a Senior Project Manager at Underwood Carpenter Limited, overseeing Waitrose's core new store program, and held a similar role at Mace, contributing to the government's free schools program and various community projects. Earlier career roles include Project Manager positions at Stace and Cube LLP, focusing on Tesco and Sainsbury's developments, and foundational experience in planning and contracts management from BDP and Brennan Construction. Julian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building/Construction Site Management from Anglia Ruskin University and relevant diplomas in Building Studies from Tottenham College of Technology.
