Katharine Flank BSc(hons) MRICS is an accomplished Project Director with extensive experience in fund monitoring and employers agent roles, currently with Stace since April 2018. Previously, Katharine served as Associate Director at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure, managing key housing association clients and facilitating site developments. Prior experience includes roles at FCO Services, overseeing complex projects for government compounds and embassies, and as Senior Quantity Surveyor at Hunters Architects & Building Consultants, focused on social housing developments. Early career highlights include positions at Currie & Brown Inc. supporting Intel Corporation as a Senior Cost Consultant, and at Cyril Sweett as a Quantity Surveyor on various housing and commercial projects. Katharine's educational background includes a degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management from the University of Portsmouth.
