Gina Salazar has over 10 years of work experience in the marketing and operations field. Gina began their career in 2011 as a Practicante Investigación de Mercados at Danone, where they supported the market research team with analysis and reporting of market information. Gina was then promoted to Analista Investigacion de Mercados and was responsible for strategic planning of marketing through S&I, analysis of information and trends, and development of market opportunities. In 2016, they moved to Alquería as Gerente de Marca Senior Yogurt Alquería, where they were responsible for the relaunch of the brand and meeting volume, market share, and product profitability objectives through portfolio development, strategic planning of ATL and Digital campaigns, and ensuring brand health indicators. In 2018, they joined Comestibles Aldor as Gerente de Marca Senior Colombia & Ecuador, where they were responsible for defining strategic pillars for the Aldor Menthols and Candies brand in Colombia, achieving market objectives, defining portfolio, actions to sales channels, and efficient budget management. In 2019, they joined Stack Influence as Head of Operations and Clik Agency Co. as Sales Marketing Manager.

Gina Salazar attended Universidad de La Sabana from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a degree in Administrador de Negocios Internacionales with a field of study in International Economics. Gina then attended the same university from 2008 to 2013, earning a degree in Administrador de Mercadeo y Logistica Internacionales with a field of study in Business/Managerial Economics.
