Rich Fernicola

Rich Fernicola serves as the Senior Vice President of Development for STACK Infrastructure, commencing in March 2024, where leadership is provided for North America Development, specifically overseeing Data Center Real Estate Development activities in the US and Canada. Prior to this role, Rich held the position of Senior Vice President of Development at Brookfield Properties from May 2014 to March 2024, managing Real Estate Development in the Washington DC Region. Furthermore, experience includes serving as Vice President of Development at JMP Holdings from September 2003 to May 2014, where management encompassed over $500M in development projects across various states. Earlier roles include Site Development Coordinator at GreenbergFarrow and Senior Engineer at Killam Associates, contributing extensive expertise in real estate development, environmental site assessments, and regulatory compliance. Rich holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
