M.H. Lines has a long and varied career in marketing and operations. Starting in 1996, they worked as Marketing Support at Jurisco. In 2005, they moved to XRM Global as SVP, leading Marketing and Channel Development for EM Technologies. In 2008, they took on the role of VP of Marketing and Product Development at Tile Media Properties, where they led the company's transformation from online how-to to market leading Tile products company. In 2010, they became Channel Marketing Lead at VersionOne, joining a passion for alliances and partners with their profound belief in agile methodologies. In 2011, they took on the role of Digital Marketing Director at Terex Corporation, responsible for all digital marketing for the AWP Division. In 2014, they became Microsoft Office Account Lead, Marketing Operations Practice Lead at Centric Consulting, leading engineering and Marketing Operations teams in building a Marketing Operations Center of Excellence at Microsoft Office. In 2018, they became CEO of Stack Moxie, leading the charge to bring great operations tools to the Marketing Technology, AdTech and SalesOps markets. In 2020, they joined The Product Management Center at UW as a Founding Advisory Board Member.
M.H. Lines obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business in 2014, with a focus on Technology Management MBA. M.H. also holds a Bachelor of Sciences from Florida State University - College of Business, obtained in 1999 with a focus in Finance. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from AEM as an Aerial Equipment Operator trained to operate scissor lifts and boom lifts up to 60 ft in reach in 2014, from Hippa Compliance Associates as a Certified in Protected Health Information in 2013, and from Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master in 2010.
