Darcie Cakaric

Darcie (Henry) Cakaric is currently the Chief People Officer at StackAdapt since July 2024 and a member of Chief since April 2022. Prior to these roles, Cakaric served as the Chief People Officer at Flexport from October 2022 to September 2023 and as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Snap Inc. from July 2021 to October 2022. Cakaric's extensive experience at Amazon from June 1998 to June 2021 included various leadership positions such as VP of HR for Global Consumer and Operations and VP of HR for Amazon Devices, M&A, and Biz Dev. Additionally, Cakaric held multiple Director HR roles across different divisions at Amazon and worked in executive search and talent acquisition in Seattle before joining Amazon. Educational qualifications include certifications from Cornell University in finance and HR-related fields, along with a B.A. in English from Seattle Pacific University.
