Dré Noronha

Dré Noronha is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as Senior Director of Revenue Enablement at StackAdapt since January 2024. Previously, Dré held the position of VP of Learning Strategy at ELB Learning, where collaboration with the Custom Learning group focused on maximizing client learning experiences. Dré's extensive experience spans several leadership roles, including Head of Learning Strategy & Design at Google Cloud and Head of Learning Experience Design at LinkedIn, where significant team growth and impactful learning programs were achieved. Dré also founded DreZilla Solutions, a consultancy in L&D and sales enablement, and has a diverse background in organizations such as Jumbleberry, Marketwired/Sysomos, and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Educational credentials include degrees from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, the Rotman School of Management, the University of British Columbia, and Western University.
