Emily Daoulas

Emily Daoulas currently serves as the Manager of Talent Business Partners at StackAdapt, an all-in-one programmatic advertising platform. Previously, Emily was the Director of Talent Acquisition at 2U, where leadership was provided for talent recruitment across a global organization with over 3,000 employees, along with roles as Senior Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Talent Acquisition Manager at THRUUE Inc., a management consulting firm, and a role as Head Women's Ice Hockey Coach at the University of Maryland. Emily began a career in recruitment at The Choice Inc., a women-owned professional services company. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration from Saint Michael's College.
