Ștefi P. currently serves as the Global Client Services Enablement Lead at StackAdapt since July 2025, following experience as the Head of Revenue Enablement and Sales Enablement Manager at Intigriti from May 2023 to August 2025. Previously, Ștefi held several roles at The Enablement Squad as a Mentor and at GitLab as a Senior Program Manager for Field Enablement. Notable achievements at Hopin included managing the Sales Enablement team and developing a GTM onboarding program that reduced time to milestones for new hires. While at SHL, significant contributions included budget-saving vendor negotiations and the creation of commercial learning programs for sales teams. Additionally, volunteer coordination and training at the Romanian Red Cross laid a foundation for skills in event planning and educational delivery. Ștefi holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Roehampton.
