Chris Trowbridge

Chris Trowbridge is an accomplished hardware engineer with extensive experience in the autonomous vehicle industry. At Argo AI, Chris served as Staff Hardware Engineer, initially leading the OptoMech team for Lidar before transitioning to Lidar Systems Manager. Additionally, Chris has held roles as Senior Hardware Engineering Manager and Tech Lead for Lidar & Radar. Currently, Chris is a Senior Staff Hardware Engineer at Stack AV. Prior experience includes serving as Supervisor for AV Sensor Systems at Ford Motor Company. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Cornell University and both a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the University of Michigan.
