Will Ganucheau is a skilled software engineer with a strong background in autonomous systems and motion planning. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Stack AV, Will leads trajectory selection technologies and previously contributed to the Decision Making team focusing on motion planning for Level 4 autonomous trucks. Before joining Stack AV, Will held roles at Seegrid as a Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineer, advancing customer-facing features and developing capabilities for autonomous forklifts. Will’s expertise in path planning and collision avoidance was further honed at L3Harris Technologies as an Autonomous Software Engineer, where principal architecture was developed for real-time path planning systems. Additional experience includes contributions to NASA's Mars 2020 mission and work on software for autonomous marine vessels at various organizations. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
