Brian Fauver

Brian Fauver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the private equity and food service industries. Since 2017, Brian has served as a Partner at Hargett Hunter Capital Management, LLC, focusing on providing growth capital to restaurant chains. In addition to this role, Brian is a Board Member at Marugame Udon USA and STACKED: Food Well Built, and previously served on the board of HMI. Brian co-founded the Share the Food Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to combating poverty and hunger, and held the position of CFO and Board Member at Southern Season, a specialty retail chain. Brian's earlier career included roles as Vice President at Carrboro Capital, Associate at Falfurrias Capital Partners, and Investment Banking Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Brian holds a Master's in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a dual Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
