Rob Salvagno

Rob Salvagno serves as the SVP of Corporate Development and Head of S Ventures at SentinelOne since September 2021, focusing on defining the M&A and investment strategy for a rapidly growing public software company. Prior to this, Rob held the position of Managing Director at KKR & Co. Inc. from March 2020 to September 2021, where involvement in the next generation technology fund included investments in leading B2B software and security firms. Rob also served as a Board member and investor in Cherwell Software during its acquisition by Ivanti in 2021. From December 1999 to March 2020, Rob led Cisco Systems’ Corporate Development team, overseeing significant M&A activities resulting in approximately 29 acquisitions valued at around $15 billion. Earlier roles included analyst positions in technology investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and PaineWebber. Rob holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
