Win Limpiviroj has extensive experience in the sales and business development field. Suthipote (Win) started their career as an Account Manager at Castrol Industrial in 2001 and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a Business Development Manager at FUCHS PETROLUB SE. Suthipote (Win) then joined Bosch Packaging Service AG. as a SEA Sales Manager, focusing on spare parts and modernization for packaging machinery in Southeast Asia.

In 2011, Win became the Sales Manager at Callington (Thailand) Ltd., where they were responsible for sales, service, and marketing of NDT chemical products, welding chemical products, and aircraft maintenance chemical products in Thailand and Indochina. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of The Thai Chamber of Commerce.
