Joy Dekempe

Joy Dekempe has a diverse background in hospitality and event management, currently serving as Diensthoofd Evenementen at Lokaal Bestuur Blankenberge since December 2020. Previously, Joy held various positions including Receptionist at Mercure Blankenberge and Ibis Styles Hotels Zeebrugge, as well as Customer Support at Stardekk. Joy's experience also includes an internship in Sales at Martin's Hotels and a role as Receptionist at Accor. Joy began the career in the family restaurant, 't Fregat, as a waiter. Joy holds a degree in Hotel Management from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende, completed between 2010 and 2013.
