Colin Beheydt

Colin Beheydt serves as Vice President International at ICMA - International City/County Management Association since September 2022. Additionally, Colin has been the Algemeen directeur at Stad Brugge since January 2014 and previously held the position of Algemeen directeur at Stad Roeselare from August 2004 to December 2013. Colin's roles have included leadership in personnel and organizational management across various departments and advising on strategic policy. Colin has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer in organization psychology and social skills at VIVES from September 2012 to August 2022 and has served on the board of Exello.net since March 2017. Educational background includes a Licentiate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ghent University, completed in 2001.
