Els Lecompte is currently the Directeur Gezondheid en Zorg for Stad Gent and a Loopbaancoach at My Future Works. Since 2016, Els has focused on talent- and strength-based coaching. Additionally, Els serves as a docente at Syntra AB for the gezondheidscoach program. Previously, Els held various influential positions, including Kabinetschef at OCMW Gent and serving as Directeur for both Beleidsparticipatie and Stedelijke Vernieuwing at Stad Gent. Els's academic background includes three Master's degrees from KU Leuven in Law, Criminology, and Sexual and Family Sciences, along with an Executive Development Programme from Vlerick Business School.
