Rita Phlippo

Rita Phlippo has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and public service sectors. Currently serving as a pharmacist at Apotheek Phlippo since April 1999, Rita has also been active in local government as a gemeenteraadslid for Stad Lommel since 2006, holding positions such as OCMW Voorzitter and Schepen of Financiën & Zorg and Schepen of Financiën and Cultuur. Rita's past roles include serving as a Bondsraadslid for the APB-Belgian Pharmaceutical Association from January 2004 to December 2011 and on the board of KAVA until February 2011. With a background at Teva Belgium as a Regulatory, Pricing and Reimbursement Manager and regulatory roles at Upjohn, Rita brings a wealth of knowledge from both regulatory and operational perspectives. Rita obtained a Master's degree in Farmacie from the University of Antwerp, where studies were conducted from 1984 to 1990.
