Benita Ostyn

Benita Ostyn is an experienced administrative assistant currently working at Stad Roeselare since September 2024. Previous roles include a housekeeper at Dienstenaanhuis from January 2019 to August 2024, and a communicatiemedewerker at W13 from March to June 2024 where responsibilities included editing the annual report, creating newsletters, maintaining the website, managing social media, and designing promotional materials. Additionally, Benita completed an internship in communication at Stad Roeselare in June 2023, focusing on copywriting and press releases. Other experience includes working as a dog groomer from April 2016 to January 2021, and serving as a probing operator at MELEXIS from July 2013 to January 2019. Benita is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication at HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, expected to complete in June 2024, and has also engaged in adult education in ICT administration and other studies in the past.
