Jonas Elmqvist

Jonas Elmqvist currently serves as Head of Tech and Head of Release and Service at Stadium since October 2021. Previously, Jonas held key positions such as Head of Unit & Product Owner at the Swedish Police Authority and Head of Platform and Software Development Unit at the Swedish Migration Agency. Extensive experience in IT security management includes roles at Knowit Secure AB and acting IT Security Manager for the Swedish Transport Agency, focusing on policy development, security audits, and incident response. Additionally, Jonas has a strong foundation in software development and has contributed to research at Linköping University. Academic credentials include a Licentiate degree of Engineering in Computer and Information Sciences and a Master of Science in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Linköping University.
