Franziska Dickhut is an experienced professional in organizational development and learning and development (L&D) with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Freelance Trainer at APSCo Deutschland and as Project Lead for HR at Stadt Augsburg since May 2021, Franziska has been instrumental in realigning HR strategies and developing shared values within city administration. Previously, Franziska co-founded Femme Famos and held various leadership roles at SThree, including European L&D Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing onboarding processes and implementing global L&D strategies. Franziska's earlier roles included team leadership in recruitment at Progressive Recruitment, focusing on various technical fields.
