Chantal Rexhausen

Chantal Rexhausen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic development. Currently, Chantal serves as a Senior Consultant in the Project Management Office at Stadt Mönchengladbach, managing initiatives in New Work and contributing to the digital transformation efforts. Previously, Chantal operated as a self-employed consultant specializing in human-centered service design and business strategies from August 2012 to April 2022. Chantal also held the position of Strategy Fellow at Tech4Germany, a technology task force under the Chief of Staff. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Design Projects from Hochschule Niederrhein, as well as qualifications as an Experienced Agile Master & Coach and a Systemic Agile Master from INeKO – Institut a. d. Universität zu Köln.
