Katja Theurer

Katja Theurer serves as Amtsleiterin für Digitalisierung und Organisation at Stadt Pforzheim since July 2023. Previously, Katja held multiple roles at Deutsche Bahn from 2003 to July 2023, including Agile Lead HR IT Application Management, Themen Ownerin HR IT Demand Management, and Spezialistin HR-System PeopleSoft, among others. Prior to Deutsche Bahn, Katja worked at CSC Ploenzke AG as a SAP HR-Berater and at IKEA in various HR positions, including Human Resource Functional Expert and Ausbilderin. Katja holds a degree in Dipl. Betriebswirtin, Handel from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
