Katrin Hetzenauer is a Human Resources Specialist and Project Manager at the City of Vienna, with experience in talent management and strategic HR projects. Previously, Katrin held various roles, including HR Strategy and Trend Research Specialist and Graduate Human Resources Intern at the same organization. Prior work experience includes positions as a catering and service employee and team leader at Staff Platzer & Schmartschan OG, as well as internships in human resources management at HOFER KG and Bank für Tirol und Vorarlberg AG. Katrin holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Universität Innsbruck and completed an international exchange year at Appalachian State University, where Katrin took courses in MBA and Industrial-Organizational Psychology and HR. Additionally, Katrin earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Economics from Universität Innsbruck and participated in the ERASMUS+ exchange program in Arctic Studies at the University of Lapland.
