Silja Loidol

Silja Loidol has extensive experience in public administration and organizational development, currently serving as the head of personnel and leadership development at Stadtverwaltung Ludwigshafen since July 2017, where responsibilities also include project leadership for the "Workplace of the Future" initiative. Prior to this role, Silja Loidol worked at LBIH • Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen as a health management consultant from June 2012 to June 2017, and at Stadtverwaltung Kaiserslautern as an organizer from October 2006 to May 2012. Silja Loidol holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Kassel and is a certified yoga instructor from Yoga Vidya.
