Benedikt Stenzel

Benedikt Stenzel serves as the Team Leader for Projects and Transport Economics at Stadtwerke Augsburg Holding GmbH since March 2019, spearheading customer-centric mobility solutions through strategic project leadership and integrated expertise. Stenzel led the launch of the "D-Ticket" to enhance public transportation for diverse customer segments and has managed multiple mobility projects focusing on digital ticketing, sustainable bundling, and dynamic pricing through a Design Thinking approach. Stenzel also contributed to innovation projects, business development, and conducted a cost-benefit analysis for a new business model during a master's degree program in innovation management with Stadtwerke Augsburg. Educational credentials include a Master's in Economics and Public Policy and a Design Thinking Coach Certificate from the Hasso Plattner Institute.
