Simone Schillings is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational strategy with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Leiterin Personal und Organisation at Stadtwerke Hilden GmbH since 2021, Schillings previously held the position of Head of HR Strategy, Customer Management & Transitions at thyssenkrupp Global Shared Services from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Schillings worked as a Projektleiter Strategie at thyssenkrupp from 2014 to 2018 and as a Senior Expert Organisation & Strategie at Deutsche Post DHL from 2009 to 2014, focusing on organizational development and project management.
