Susanne Peters

Susanne Peters is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe (LVB) GmbH since April 2019, Susanne has also been the HR Manager at Cuculus GmbH since December 2011, overseeing areas such as HR marketing, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR development. Prior experience includes a role as Specialist in HR Development at Q-Cells SE from January 2008 to November 2011, where Susanne focused on HR and organizational development, training, and team development. Susanne began a career in HR as a Trainee at IKEA Group from February 2005 to January 2008 before becoming an HR Consultant. Academic qualifications include a Magister Artium in Sociology and Applied Linguistics from Technische Universität Dresden and further studies at FernUniversität in Hagen.
