Sergei Lavrentev

Sergei Lavrentev has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. From November 2022, they have been working as a Software Engineer at Staex, a deep tech startup focused on distributed service orchestration for IoT. Sergei'sresponsibilities include architecture design, development, and infrastructure for an IoT device orchestration system.

Prior to that, Sergei worked as a Software Engineer at Digital Bank from September 2022 to March 2023. Here, they developed a system for traditional financial operations.

From November 2020 to October 2021, Sergei worked at Cloud Technologies, a cloud services provider. Sergei was involved in research and development, architecture design, development, requirements preparation, and competitor analysis. Sergei'stech stack included Go, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, HashiCorp Vault, PostgreSQL, gRPC, Redis, and PowerDNS.

Sergei also gained experience at T-Systems International, a company providing system integration solutions, software development, and support services. Starting in February 2019 and ending in November 2020, they worked on a distributed platform for the deployment and management of blockchain platforms.

Prior to these roles, Sergei had experience as a Developer at StrongSquirrel, an outsourcing company, where they contributed to the development of a backup service for a secure Android shell. Sergei also worked as a Full-stack Developer for a brief period before that.

Sergei's earliest work experience was as a Developer at Last.Backend from November 2016 to February 2018. Last.Backend focuses on developing an open-source Platform as a Service (PaaS) based on container technologies. Sergei was specifically engaged in the development of platform modules, testing, and dashboard creation.

Sergei Lavrentev completed their education in the field of Computer Software Engineering at the Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation. Sergei obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from 2014 to 2018 and later pursued a Master's degree in the same field from 2018 to 2020. In addition, they obtained certification in Electronic systems and location devices from the same university in July 2018.
