Michael Hahlbeck

Michael Hahlbeck, P.E., LC, LEED GA, MIES has extensive work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Michael currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Staff Electric Co., where they focus on providing efficient and innovative solutions to customers. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Christopher Kidd & Associates, LLC as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer and Electrical Engineering Department Manager. Michael is recognized for their expertise in dialysis clinic, vascular access, and nocturnal unit design. Earlier in their career, they served as the Senior Principal Electrical Engineer at Pieper Electric, where they played a key role in modeling and engineering calculations for electrical power, lighting, and low voltage systems. Throughout their career, Michael has represented their companies in dealings with various stakeholders, including customers, government officials, suppliers, and industry associations.
