Heather Phelps

Heather Phelps is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and account management. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Operations at Staff Management | SMX since January 2017, Heather previously held the role of Account Manager and Owner at Phelps Towing, a 24-hour business, since July 2000, where responsibilities included managing the commercial organization and maintaining a towing contract with the Shelbyville Police Department. Heather also has previous experience as an Insurance Agent at Allstate from June 2013 to July 2014 and as a Hospitality Design Project Manager at Old Hickory Furniture from November 1996 to August 2009, demonstrating a strong skill set in sales, customer service, and time management. Heather is an alumna of Indiana University Indianapolis.
