Nagwa Elalfy possesses extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Personal Assistant at مؤسسة المريخي للألومنيوم والحديد (Royal Aluminium) since January 2021, Nagwa also holds the position of Business Development Manager at Staff Source International since January 2018. Previously, Nagwa held the role of Office Manager at Jazira Holding in Doha, with full responsibility for the President's office and correspondence. Other roles include Personal Assistant at Summit Land For Trading and at Green City for Real Estate Investments, as well as Office Manager at Tabarak Holding Group, overseeing departmental correspondence and Human Resources statistics. Nagwa began a long tenure as Personal Assistant to the CEO at Wataneya for Investments Real Estate, lasting from May 1996 to December 2009. Academically, Nagwa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Ain Shams University.
