Charles Carolan

Charles Carolan has extensive work experience in finance and planning roles. Charles is currently the Head of Finance and Planning at Staffbase, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Workiva as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, supporting the international business and providing financial and analytical insights. From 2020 to 2022, they were the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at TravelPerk. Charles also has experience at Box, where they held various roles including Head of GTM Strategy and Operations EMEA and Director of FP&A and Sales Operations International. Charles started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Paysafe Group and held positions at TalkTalk PLC, Power Plate International, Taylor Wimpey PLC, and Diageo. At Diageo, they interned as a Quality Coordinator and was involved in the implementation of a new quality model.

Charles Carolan completed their education in Management Accounting at CIMA from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management Science & Finance from the University of Stirling, graduating with a 2:1 honors in 2006. Charles also holds a certification from CIMA.
