Gergana Werner has a diverse work experience. Gergana started their career at Deutsche Telekom AG in 2015, where they worked in sales until 2017. Gergana then joined Apple as a Technical Advisor from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Gergana joined Staffbase as a Customer Care Agent, gradually progressing to Senior Customer Care Agent until May 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead Customer Care Agents at Staffbase.
Gergana Werner completed their Master's degree in European Integration from Technische Universität Chemnitz between 2013 and 2017.
