Melanie Rausch

Melanie Rausch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social media and marketing. Currently serving as the Social Media Manager in the DACH region and Marketing Manager at Staffbase since April 2022, Rausch has previously worked as Influencer Relations at Bloggerkartei from June 2019 to May 2023, and held various roles including Online-Marketing Consultant and Junior Consultant at ABG Marketing GmbH from February 2020 to April 2022. Earlier career experiences include positions as Mediaberaterin & Vertrieb at Dresden Information GmbH and as a Praktikant at both Arqum GmbH and the Fraunhofer Institute for Ceramic Technologies and Systems IKTS. Rausch holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Energy and Environmental Management from Hochschule Mittweida, completed in 2018, and obtained a Fachabitur in Technology from BSZ für Technik "Gustav Anton Zeuner" in 2014.
