Olga Klenner

Olga Klenner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various technical roles. Olga currently works at Staffbase as the Head of Product Documentation starting from 2022. Before that, they worked at censhare as the Team Lead Documentation & eLearning from 2017 to 2022, where they led a team of technical writers and trainers, defined team strategy and goals, and created various types of content. Prior to censhare, Olga held the position of Senior Technical Writer at PDFLib from 2012 to 2017. Olga also worked at Sophos as a Senior Technical Writer from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, they have experience as a Project Manager Technical Communications at BenQ Mobile, previously Siemens mobile, from 2004 to 2006. Before that, they worked at Siemens mobile (Core and Radio) as a Technical Writer and Project Manager Documentation from 1999 to 2003. Lastly, Olga's early work experience includes being a Technical Writer and Editor at Siemens from 1989 to 1999.

Olga Klenner completed their education with a Magister degree in Amerikanische Literatur (Vereinigte Staaten) and Art History from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 1985 to 1989. Olga also pursued English Literature and Film Studies as a DAAD Stipendiate at the University of Kent in 1984. Prior to that, they studied Amerikanistik and Art History at RWTH Aachen University from 1982 to 1983, although they did not obtain a degree during that time.
