Rachelle Arnold

Rachelle Arnold has extensive experience in customer experience and recruitment, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Staffing Referrals since August 2021, where Rachelle previously held the position of Director of Customer Experience. Additionally, Rachelle is a Yoga Instructor at both Bride Vibe Yoga and NOLA Vibe Yoga, starting in May 2022. Prior to current roles, Rachelle worked at Gifted Healthcare from August 2016 to August 2021, advancing from Director of Recruiting to Marketing Manager and Creative Support Specialist. Early career roles include positions at Basics Underneath, Mountain High Tree, Lawn and Landscape, White House Black Market, Swingle Lawn, Tree & Landscape Care, BCBG Max Azria, and Maurices, demonstrating a strong background in management and customer service. Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Legal Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, earned between 2004 and 2009.
