Thomas Fante

Thomas Fante is the managing member at Staffing Venture Capital. Thomas has over 20 years of experience in the staffing and healthcare industry. Thomas has a proven track record of successful startups and exits.

Thomas started their career in 1999 as a technical support specialist for ORBA Financial Management. Thomas quickly rose through the ranks and became the director of IT for Pulse Healthcare Staffing in 2001. In 2004, they joined World Health Alternatives, Inc. as the director of IT. The following year, they became the director of IT and COO for Mobile Medical Staffing.

In 2007, Thomas left Mobile Medical Staffing to consult for Global Response. Thomas then went on to co-found Fante Solutions in 2012. Fante Solutions was acquired by Staffing Venture Capital in 2015.

Their manager is Eric Allison, CEO. Thomas Fante works with Jason Baum - Vice President, Ma Victoni Rosanna Cruz - Account Coordinator, and Tracy Dela Cruz - Account Coordinator.
