Demir Kılıç Arslantürk

Demir Kılıç Arslantürk has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2008, they served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the International Food Company, where they were responsible for overseeing operations. From 2010 to 2011, Demir held the position of General Manager at Komşufırın. Demir Kılıç then served as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at ISG Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Int'l Airport from 2011 to 2014, where they managed non-aviation revenues and various services. In 2014, Demir co-founded and served as the CEO of Vitrin.net, a platform for store-level retail staff. From 2016 to 2016, they worked as the Program Director and Instructor for the Strategic Management & Leadership program at Istanbul Business School. Demir also worked at Staffino, a customer experience monitoring company, as the Market Lead in Turkey from 2016 to the present. In 2020, they joined TED University as an Instructor and Learning Facilitator. Additionally, Demir is a founding partner at Performance Development Academy since 2015 and the founder and faculty member of Son Okul since 2015.

Demir Kılıç Arslantürk obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Demir has pursued several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Demir Kılıç obtained certifications in Brain Profile and EQ Assessor from Six Seconds in April 2020. In September 2015, they acquired certifications in Coaching Teams (Team Coaching) and Coaching in Business Context (Executive Coaching) from Sola Unitas Academy. Demir Kılıç also completed several modules of the Accredited Coach Training Program from Sola Unitas Academy, including Coach Presence (Module 4) in August 2015, Co-Creation (Module 2) in July 2015, and World of Possibilities (Module 3) in July 2015. Demir Kılıç further expanded their expertise by obtaining certifications in Emotional Skills and Competencies (ESaC) and Evaluating Truthfulness and Credibility (ETaC) from Paul Ekman International plc in July 2015. Demir's educational journey showcases a continuous pursuit of professional development and acquiring specialized skills in the field of coaching and management.
