Martina Babicova

Martina Babicova began their work experience in 2011 as an Assistant at Orange. Martina later served as a Reward Specialist and HR Analyst before becoming an HR Specialist. From 2014 to 2020, Martina worked in various HR roles at Orange, focusing on improving employee productivity and developing HR strategies. In 2021, they became a People Partner, responsible for the Customer Service Department. Martina joined Staffino in 2022 as a Senior Employee Engagement & CX Specialist, where they conduct business reviews, designs action plans, and analyzes feedback to improve employee engagement and customer experience.

Martina Babicova attended the Technical University of Zvolen from 2005 to 2010, where they attained an Engineer's Degree. Their areas of study focused on financial management and strategic management. In addition to their formal education, Martina also obtained the certification for Insiders Visa Season 1 from Orange in June 2021.
