Barbara Simmer

Barbara Simmer, CSP, has extensive experience in staffing and commercial operations management. Barbara served as General Manager for Snelling Staffing Services from July 2003 to December 2006 and worked as Sales Manager at Galvmet Steel & HVAC Supply for a brief period in late 2002. At Staffmark, Barbara held multiple roles including SVP of Digital Staffing Strategy from April 2021 to July 2024 and Regional Director - Mid Central, also serving as Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations from July 2015 to August 2017, leading the strategic vision for the company's various divisions. Prior to Staffmark, Barbara held senior roles at Meyer Laboratory and Kelly Services, encompassing Human Resources and District Sales Manager positions. Barbara holds a BA in Human Resources and Management from Ottawa University and has studied General Studies at the University of Central Missouri.
